Voices

Hear from your Ivy Sisters who have walked this path.

We are done pretending everything is fine.

We are a community where you can exhale.

  • Where your inner world is explored.
  • Where you body’s wisdom is honored
  • Where belonging isn’t earned.
  • Where you are held with compassion.

we are a web of women weaving our paths together

We are weaving a living web of women across borders, backgrounds, and life paths.

Women joining from Nicaragua, London, the Philippines, Italy, and across the United States — from Hawaiʻi to small towns and big cities alike.

Women whose parents came to this country as refugees from Vietnam.

Women who grew up on food stamps.

Women who are first-generation high school and college graduates. And women with not one, but multiple Ivy degrees, PhDs, published books, Pulitzer Prizes.

Our community includes mothers of many children and women who have chosen none.

Single mothers by choice and single mothers not by choice.

Women who live on farms or spend time at goat sanctuaries.

Equestrians and hikers.

Olympic athletes, doctors, attorneys, CEOs, executive coaches, entrepreneurs, and stay-at-home moms.

Bookworms, physicists, biologists, cooks, meditators, librarians, professional matchmakers, former bankers, theater lovers, writers, karaoke stars, bike tour guides, and quilt makers.

The range of accomplishments and titles is impressive, but credentials and labels are not what bind us.

What we share is a willingness to think critically and feel deeply. A desire to live with integrity in a complicated world and be in relationship while we do it.

We are women who listen closely, speak thoughtfully, and genuinely want to know how you’re doing.

This is not a network built on sameness.
It’s a community rooted in connection.

In Her Words....

It was so great to meet so many fabulous ladies in-person.
Thanks for the honest dialogue on our vulnerabilities.
I look forward to deepening the connections made.

What women are saying...

“Being with women who are brave enough to talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly feeds my soul!

A year ago I made a tough decision to leave my corporate job of 11 years. Ivy Sisters has been my safe space as I find the incredible confidence and strength as I approach others parts of life with JOY.

Ivy Sisters is my gut check, my accountability, and I am so grateful for this community.”

Alex Stein

Lecco, Italy

“In my mind, there is nothing better than the feeling of belonging and support from a group of trusted women. I played team sports – soccer in college. I miss that feeling.

I turn 50 in less than a year and had a lot of career successes, but also a lot of challenges. Ivy Sisters provides the team I miss and an outlet to work through challenges and trust I’m not alone as I navigate this next chapter.”

Andrea Kamman

Berkeley, CA

“I want to share how much I am loving the resources Ivy Sisters provides. Nancy’s Yoga Nidra and Maury’s Breathwork have been life savers as I spend more time in my body versus my head.

It’s been so hard to step out of the endless river of doing, but these resources make it so easy to do anytime, anywhere. Just hearing the calming voices of my Ivy Sisters is comforting.”

Flora Huang

Salt Lake City, UT

“In the 12 months I’ve belonged to Ivy Sisters, I’ve loved our intimacy. I treasure our diverse ages, experiences, expertise, backgrounds, family histories and current situations.

We are a sisterhood constellation that gives space for growth and kinship.

The bandwidth and freedom to be who we are. Here. At last.”

Louise Dolores Walsh

Washington, D.C.

“Ivy Sisters is a community where I feel a deep sense of belonging. We check our egos at the door and get down to the real stuff that really matters to us.

I’m grateful to be among eagles who choose to fly together.”

Thandi Jarrett-Abdulali

New York, NY

“If you’re a no BS kind of women who wants real talk with smart, courageous, badass women, you need to be here.

Whether you need help managing a work crisis, negotiating a salary, or want legal or medical advice, nothing is off limits. The women here are thoughtful, smart, caring and intuitive.”

Krista Rue

Louisville, Kentucky

Let’s exhale. Together.

This is a space to take off the armor, drop the performance, and remember who you are beneath the roles you play.

If you are done pretending everything is “fine” and are ready for honest connection, self-trust, and deeper purpose, you belong here.

We’re not here to fix you.

We’re not here to define you.

We’re here to guide you back to the woman you’ve always been.

“You don’t need credentials to be worthy.

And you don’t need to be broken to belong here.

You just need a willingness to be honest.”

-Nancy Fisher, Oakland, CA
